Pack 203 is sponsored by King of Glory Lutheran Church in Arvada, CO, and is a part of Alpine District of the Greater Colorado Council.
Girls and Boys grades K - 5 are welcome!
We hold pack meetings once a month, generally on Tuesdays.
Dens meet 1-2 times per month.
You do not have to be a member of King of Glory or any religious organization to join.
Our scouts generally come from these elementary schools, although we have scouts from other schools as well.

Scouting for Food annual food drive

For over 100 years, Cub Scouts have been having the time of their lives making new friends and learning new things in an environment designed to help them succeed. From building a pinewood derby® car to learning to roast the perfect marshmallow with friends at a family camp out, your child will LOVE Cub Scouts.

Like all Scouting America local units, our Pack is entirely run by parent volunteers. All Scouting America volunteers undergo background checks and complete annual Safeguarding Youth training. All programming and activities at the Pack and Den levels are coordinated and run by these adult volunteers.
The Pack includes boys and girls from grades K - 5.
Each Den (Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, and Arrow of Light) includes girls and boys from a single grade level.
The Pack Committee along with the Pack Treasurer put together a budget for each scouting year. Based on this budget, annual pack dues are assessed.
Each member pays an additional $85 per year membership fee (in addition to pack dues) to Scouting America.
Adult volunteer registration fees ($65 per year) are paid for by the pack.
We participate in the annual Popcorn fundraiser. Money earned through this fundraiser is used to offset (completely in many cases) the annual pack dues, and excess funds can be used to pay the Scouting America annual fee, camp registration fees, and even buy scout uniform items. Depending on participation level in the fundraiser, it is certainly possible to offset most if not all of the costs of scouting.

Class A uniform is worn for all Pack Meetings and Den Meetings, unless otherwise instructed.
We consider the following official scout uniform items optional:
Official scout pants/shorts/skorts
Official scout socks
Class B uniform (pack T-shirt, provided annually by the pack at no additional charge) is worn for outdoor activities, hiking, camps, etc.
